  • Best rate guarantee – if any other agency’s rate is lower than ours, for what we offer, we’ll accept their rate and offer you a discount.
  • Utmost good faith – our contract with you is firm and we deliver on terms.
  • No overtime policy – we do not charge you overtime after 40 hours as others do. Our staff support you fully in the event of short staffing.
  • Emergency staffing calls – sick calls, “no shows”, high census calls for staff are filled within the shortest notice. And our staff will work longer hours if need be.
