Dedicated Nurses for Acute and Long-Term Care Needs

Acute Care: We retrain our acute care nurses to compassionately collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to assess, plan, and manage patients with acute conditions including pre- and post-operative patients, performs advanced, invasive diagnostic or therapeutic procedures and support families and other caregivers in these times of distress. LTC: Skilled nurses who provide 24-hour nursing care to individuals who can no longer maintain their independence or be cared for at home, nursing home residents, who are either elderly or have complex, chronic and complex medical needs. Our dedicated staff in LTCs administer medications, assist with hygiene and daily activities, and monitor and assess patient conditions in collaboration with other caregivers on the team. Working with RNs, our RPNs have become an indispensable arm of our care team complimenting and supporting our RNs. Registered Nurses (RN) Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)
